Sarah, the automated concierge, does not quote rates, APRs, or payments, does not say that anyone is approved or pre-qualified, and never collects Social Security numbers, bank details, or card numbers. Call details captured by Sarah belong to the professional whose line was called and are provided to that professional only.
MY CASTLE is also a directory: visitors choose which participating licensed broker to contact. There is no automatic one-broker assignment, and requests are not distributed across the network. Public listings are reviewed before publication. Calculator results are simple math on your own estimates, for illustration only. Loan terms, fees and eligibility come only from a licensed professional and are not guaranteed. Availability depends on reviewed listings; currently in private beta.
